Loft Eaves Storage Conversion

This project focused on unlocking unused space in the eaves of an existing loft. With no accessible storage and cold draughts from the open rafters, the solution was a full insulation and boarding package. We installed 200mm of thermal loft insulation, reboarded the entire area, and built bespoke push-to-open cupboards to transform the space into a warm, tidy, and functional storage zone.

The plastering and finishing were completed in partnership with JPH Plastering, and Inspired Plumbing assisted with preliminary prep to ensure smooth workflow. Clean lines, smart storage access, and energy efficiency were key in this project — a great example of how simple upgrades can make a home feel bigger, warmer, and more useful.
